Moonlight Events LA was created from a belief that meaningful celebrations are built through presence, intention, and thoughtful leadership. Our approach blends creativity with structure, allowing events to feel calm, natural, and deeply considered at every stage of the process.

We bring with us nearly a decade of shared experience in leadership, education, and large-scale event production. Two of our founders served for almost ten years as Education Officers in the Israeli Defense Forces, where we planned and led hundreds of complex events, ceremonies, and programs for large and diverse audiences. Working in high-responsibility, fast-paced environments shaped the way we approach events today — with clear thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to guide people and processes with confidence and composure.

Our third partner, Adi, adds a uniquely creative dimension to the team. With a background in education, dance instruction, content creation, and management, she brings an intuitive understanding of movement, atmosphere, and storytelling. Her experience helps us craft events that feel not only organized and seamless, but also expressive, modern, and emotionally alive.

Our journey brought us from Israel to Los Angeles, each of us following love — and along the way, discovering a shared passion for creating meaningful experiences. Moonlight Events was born from the desire to take the skills, values, and leadership we developed over the years, and express them through celebrations that speak to our hearts: events that feel personal, intentional, and unforgettable.

At Moonlight Events, each celebration is approached as a creative journey, guided by responsibility, sensitivity, and a deep understanding of both logistics and flow. We believe the most successful events feel seamless and natural — for hosts and guests alike — and our role is to quietly hold everything behind the scenes to make that possible.
